WHY OUTSOURCE CONTENT MANAGEMENT TO BEDYNAMIC™?

Most travel providers are not structured internally to manage destination content, they lack the labor resources, infrastructure and consistent voice and data communications required to keep on top of fresh content. Each member of the BeDynamic™ management team has 15-20 years experience in information technology, management and business process improvement in both Retail and Travel Services sector. Our project managers and destination content analysts sole focus is in capturing, formatting, updating and delivering accurate data on local entertainment, arts, culture, sports, festivals and special events to empower destination and lifestyle marketing initiatives. Our specialists take on the time- and resource-consuming job of regularly contacting a destination’s entertainment organizations, producers and venues, updating the critical event information so it is always accurate, complete and timely.
For the last six years we have been working exclusively with CVBs and Arts Service Organizations to solve the problem of aggregating relevant destination content on a massive scale. This involves not only listing descriptive information and compelling images about the Metropolitan Museum of Art, but capturing date-specific details about what is exhibiting there today, tomorrow, 12 months from now. Information that is critical for planning leisure, business and convention travel.

The foundation to successful long-term sustainable destination content management efforts are relationships with local stakeholders such as CVBs, Arts Service Organizations and local government agencies who have a vested-economic stake in driving tourism into their respective cities.
In partnering with our CVB and ASO customers, we have been able to create a win-win business relationship that offers value in:

  • Our state-of-the-art content collection and management services are affordably priced to meet CVB budgetary requirements.
  • Our array of service specialists in information technology, management and business process provide a best-of-breed support network allowing the CVB to focus on marketing to convention business and leisure travelers while alleviating the data entry burden for both CVB staff, and member organizations.
  • By extending the information-reach of each CVB or ASO member who typically has limited time and local resources to get compelling and consistent information to travelers hungry for fresh and relevant events and venues.
  • By increasing the on-line marketing reach of the CVB and ASO members through the BeDynamic travel service providers such as hotel chains, airlines and travel agencies.

We also benefit through the relationship:

  • Our local partnerships with CVB and ASO organizations eliminate the need for us to have staff in every city where we aggregate content.
  • Ensuring we are distributing fresh and relevant information regarding the CVB and ASO members for a particular destination that best represents the accuracy of the destination and how they want to be viewed by travelers.

WE ARE A MEMBER-BASED ORGANIZATION, HOW DO I TRUST YOUR COMMUNICATIONS WITH THEM? WILL OUR ORGANIZATION BE CUT OUT OF THE COMMUNICATIONS LOOP?

Prior to contacting your members we will partner with your staff to establish communication and information flow, standards and guidelines. In general, we find once we have an agreed upon a planned strategy, it results in an effective communications flow and CVB member organizations are responsive and appreciative of the consistency and reminders to submit information.

We also find that we become the trusted partner for the CVB and ASO member-organizations. Our direct communications with members ensures we are only aggregating information that best represents their respective products and services. We are sensitive and responsive to member communications, changes and updates that they require on an ongoing basis.
 

HOW DO WE COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR MEMBERS?

This varies based upon a mutually agreed upon approach, but in general via phone and email. All members are more than happy to add us to their Press distribution list.

WHO OWNS THE CONTENT?

Our partnership with CVB and ASO organizations include a content licensing agreement that empowers your organization to deliver a unique-compelling content to your customers and strategic partners under your brand. Our license includes the right for BeDynamic to distribute this content in private label fashion to travel service providers such as hotel chains, airlines and travel agencies. Traditionally with each CVB partner we have been able to build a solid relationship creating a win-win licensing agreement with either CVB or ASO and member based constituents.
