Pacific Place Partners with BeDynamic to Offer Concierge Service Tool

Shoppers, tourists, and downtown Seattle residents soon will have access to a richer level of events and activities information as Pacific Place launches a new concierge service tool.


Partnering with BeDynamic, Inc., a Seattle-based digital content management company that provides destination information to the travel industry, Pacific Place’s new concierge service tool will help concierge staff deliver personalized information on events and activities happening in and around downtown Seattle.
